SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Most orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Location: All orders ship from our facility in Taneytown, Maryland.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at thamamyers@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can help resolve the issue.
